  • Dermot Browne

    Dermot is a practicing artist and curator, and is qualified in many practices across the area of MIND-BODY health. This secondary interest has greatly informed and grounded Browne's work as an artist and has led him towards an overall view of work as being a search for a basic state of balance.

    These activities include 20+ years of AIKIDO practice (Black Belt/Shodan, 2016), a qualification in Traditional Thai Massage from Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2003, and in Traditional Hatha Yoga in 2014 in Rishikesh, India. Dermot has qualified with a Diploma in Life-Coaching from MINDSTREAM COACHING in Dublin (2017), and in Entrepreneurial Studies and Design Thinking (2018) from the UCD Innovation Academy.

    Dermot has recently completed the inaugural iterations of both Design Thinking for Sustainability with the UCD Innovation Academy, and the INNER MBA through Sounds True and Mindful NYU.

  • Sara Hernandez

    Sara is a professional Contemporary Dance artist and Yoga instructor based in County Cork. Sara graduated in Hatha Yoga (RYT 200) with Yoga Vedanta Centre in Rishikesh, India and has a Posgraduate Certificate in Pregnancy Yoga.

    Since 2016 Sara has been working with Helga Deasy Choreographer on the pieces, Helica, River Fragments and State of Flux.

    Sara’s own choreographic works include: “Samskaras” presented at Cork Midsummer Festival 2017. “Im- I Am” and “True North'' two pieces commissioned by The Cork Butter Museum in 2019 and 2021. “Dancing in the Storm & Winter Seascape”, works commissioned by Cork County Council, Macroom 2021.

  • David Crowley

    Dave is an experienced and flexible Artist, Illustrator, Graphic Designer and Creative Lead, who has worked in the arts in Cork for a number of years. He has worked on a wide variety of design and branding projects from start up companies and arts venues, to larger clients such as Cork Opera House, Cork City Council and other clients.

    As well as this, he has also provided environmental design and documentation for a number of artistic projects and exhibitions, including exhibitions at Macroom Town Hall and Dance Cork Firkin Crane as part of One Space.
